She was predeceased by: her husband Wendell Wayne Forstrom; and her son Jerry Forstrom. She is survived by: her daughter Wenda Jo Fougeron (Chuk Fougeron); her grandchildren, Lindsey Cunningham, Jason Forstrom, Courtney Fougeron, Shonnie Forstrom and Bert Fougeron; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Ethan, Cannon, Gemma, Grace and Cora.
