It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Schleiger (Durham, California), born in Hastings, Nebraska, who passed away on October 31, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his sister Libby Jackson of Heber Springs; his grandmother Jones of Chico; his son Henry Schleiger of Magalia; his grandsons, Eli Meckler and Lincoln Schleiger; his parents, Reinhold Schleiger and Grace Monike Schleiger; his grandchild America; his brother Rex (Gertrud); and his daughter Eva. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many friends.
