He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Collins and Eva T. Collins. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; and his children, Johnny, Tawny, Sean, Maria, James, Melinda, Sharon and Brandy. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren, and 4-1/2 great grandchildren.
