He was predeceased by: his brother Ed Maitino. He is survived by: his spouse Ann Davis Crume; his brother John Cuordileone (Marty); his children, John, Robert and Maria Maitino; his grandchildren, Sara, Alissa, Bryan, Andrew, Amanda, Emily and Kai; and his great grandchildren, Aidan Maitino and Dylan Maitino.
