She was predeceased by: her brother William (Bill). She is survived by: her children, William, Theresa, Richard, Julie, Cheryl, Michael, Jerrianne and Shawn; her sisters, Doris, MaryAnn, Martha and Madonna; and her husband Darrell L. Blackburn. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
In honor of her memory, the family asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to your local Humane Society/ASPCA, causes close to her heart.
