She is survived by: her husband David Fowler; her children, David Fowler Jr. (Samantha) of Hollister, CA, Michael Fowler (Andrea) of Sioux Falls, SD and Stephanie Grimwood (Brian) of St. George, UT; her foster son Bernie Steele (Nicole) of Eagle Mountain, UT; and her siblings, Mary Jane Card (Bill) and Richard Rechif. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren.
