It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Agnes Ann Mulligan of Duarte, California, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on December 4, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Francis J Mulligan. She is survived by: her children, Teri Mulligan, West, Kathie (Ed Finnegan), Sue (Mike Donnelly), Frank (Denise Mulligan), Dianne (Art DiBari) and Kevin (Rachelle Mulligan). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, and 22 great grandchildren.
