He is survived by: his wife Valerie Buell Sloan; his daughters, Lisa Sloan Brownell (Matthew) and Kimberly Sloan; his grandchildren, Quintten and Clarity Brownell; his siblings, Bradley Sloan and Theresa Sloan Kersey (James); his cousins, Robert Sloan and David Scheuner; his nephews, Eric, Matthew, Aaron, Nathan, Kenneth Sloan, James and Michael Kersey; his niece Rachel Goff; and his siblings-in-law, Reid Buell and Diane Carlson.
