It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theodore Rogers (Dixon, California), born in Fairfield, California, who passed away on March 30, 2019, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ted Rogers and Betty Rogers; his wife Kathy Rogers; his daughter Janine Moreno; his grandson Drayton Moreno; his sister Ginger Cervantes; and his son Teddy Rogers.
