He is survived by: his wife Jennett Swenson; his children, David Robert Forsberg (Jennifer Lynn Taylor) of Marysville, WA and Terresa Lynn Forsberg Simonson of Rocklin, CA; his grandchildren, Niki Malie Forsberg Garrison (Daniel Sean Garrison), Nephi David Forsberg (Phylise Seldin), Sean Michael Forsberg (Jennifer Alyce Kump), Robert Taylor Forsberg (Ember Adler), Julia Ann Forsberg Walker (Drew Ashton Walker), Alison Lynn Forsberg, Stephen Brooks Forsberg and Austin James Simonson; and his great grandchildren, Dylan, Collin, Ethan, Ridley, Emma, Ruthie, Luna, Bryce and Ivy.
