He is survived by: his wife Sally; his children, Michael Glide (Katie) and Leslie Barr (Brian); his brother Peter; and his grandchildren, Katelynn, Cody, Brett and Jenna. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Donations in honor of Michael Glide may be made to Woodland Healthcare Foundation for the Oncology Department and Infusion Therapy Center.
