He is survived by: his spouse Kimie Sugimoto Allen; his children, Vincent, Theresa, Mark, Ronald and Karen; his grandchild Briana; and his siblings, John, Norma, Charles, Gregory and Myrna. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and beloved friends.
