She was predeceased by: her parents, Albion Valance and Eleanor Delacy; her son Timothy Howisey; her husband Robert Howisey; her son Steven Howisey (Megan); her grandchildren, Sean Howisey (Kaitlyn), Sydney Morgado (Nicholas), Alexandra Masis (Jose) and Danielle Lobao; her great grandchildren, Walker Howisey and Kennedy Masis; and her sister Sharon DaSilva (Tony).
In remembrance of Carol's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to the VFW (Veterans of Foreign War).
