Rangel; his sister Margarita Gomez Rangel; and his grandchildren, Jose A. Rizo, Alberto Rosales, Alejandro Rizo, Gabriela Rizo, Salvador Jr. Rosales, Pedro Rosales, Ashley Rangel, Esmeralda A. Rangel, Jazmin Rizo, Isaiah Rangel, Teressa J. Rangel, Yunuen Rangel, Isaac Rangel, Sarahi Tapia, Israel Rangel and Azariah Tapia.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Dopkins Funeral Chapel (189 S J St, Dinuba, CA 93618). A wake will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Assembly of God (412 E Mono St, Dinuba, CA 93618).
