He was predeceased by: his daughter-in-law Terrie Ann Hendricks. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his son Jeff (Mandy); his grandchildren, Wyatt (Heather) and Lyndsey (Cody); and his great grandchild Fallyn Lula.
