She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Mendez and Monica Mendez (Pacheco); her sister Rebecca Mendez; and her son Abel "Little Man" Calderon (Jennette). She is survived by: her children, Analicia Balandran and Maricela "China" Hernandez; her grandchildren, Abel Quintana IV, Lucas Quintana, Riri Quintana, Angela Quintana, Adam Balandran, Ian Zavala, Genesis Zavala, Aliyah Santamaria, Anthony Lopez and Alex Bermudez; and her siblings, Sara Romero and David Mendez. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and many other dear family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Dopkins Funeral Chapel (189 S J St, Dinuba, CA 93618). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
