He was predeceased by: his parents, James Seeks and Helen Seeks (Neff); and his wife Barbara Carol Ritchie of Lowell, MI. He is survived by: his children, James, Ann (Rotella) and Barbara (Buller). He is also survived by two sisters, three children, seven grandchildren, and a great grandson.
Rembrances in lieu of flowers may be sent to the Diocese of San Joaquin in Fresno, St. Paul's Anglican Church in Visalia, or Palm Village in Reedley.
