It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles B. Rivas (Dinuba, California), who passed away on May 1, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Santos Rivas and Teresa Rivas; and his siblings, Henry Rivas, Santos Rivas, Nato Rivas, Adela Medina, Nico Vega, Eleanor Campos and Jane Renterria.

He is survived by: his sisters, Socorro Payan and Gloria Herrevia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
