With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger William Grothen (Desert Hot Springs, California), born in Bremerton, Washington, who passed away on September 29, 2018 at the age of 68. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry William Grothen (Hank) and June Carroll Grothen; and his sister Sharon Grothen Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Wendy Anne Hoffman (Brian), Joie Linda Thomasson (Robert) and Douglas William Grothen (Simone); his grandchildren, Alyssa Whitten, Kenneth Grothen, Kyle Grothen, Katie Grothen, Krista Grothen, Kelly Grothen, Johanna Grothen and Noah Grothen; his wife Jennifer; and his siblings, Tamara Grothen Lowrey, Dick Grothen and Larry Bonds. He is also survived by Children Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
