He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Meagher and Mary Meagher (Callahan) of St. Wendell; and his siblings, Francis Patrick Meagher (Sadie), Thomas Meagher (Viva), Alice Van Hoof (John), Bernadette Bliesner, Edna Chylstek, Arthur Meagher (Ethel) and John Meagher.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Deborah Boudreaux (Timothy) of Anaheim, Mary Dyer (Gary) of Garden Grove and James Meagher (Shelly) of Orange; his grandchildren, Adam, Paige, Alissa, Austin, Julia, Aaron, Kayla, Matthew, Noah, Kate and Mark; and his brother Dennis Meagher (late Violet) of Minnesota.
