She is also survived by one aunt, many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

“I lived with carol from 2010 to late 2015 in the palm springs, california area. She was genuinely smart, perceptive, funny, and had a heart of gold. I am deeply saddened to only now learn of her passing. I truly will never forget this woman. There was far more to her than she ever had the chance to be. And in my own way, i loved her dearly.
