He was predeceased by: his parents, John Robert Chance Sr. and Christine Hollingsworth Chance of Denair, CA.. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Hayes; his friend Church; his children, Tom Chance (Marti), Stan Chance (Jill) and Merna Chance; and his friend Gratton. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Allen Mortuary (247 N Broadway, Turlock, CA 95380). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Denair Friends Church (4033 N Gratton Rd, Denair, CA 95316).
