It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ina Jewell Rush of Denair, California, born in Munday, Texas, who passed away on July 11, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Ina Jewell departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Ina Jewell may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Ina Jewell leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Evans and Lois Evans; her husband James; her sisters, Loretta Wallace and Joyce Anglin; her niece Tandra Dooley; her nephew Mike Anglin; and her close friend Bill Waldroup.
She is survived by: her sons, Ricky and Randy Rush (Ana) of Denair. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
