He is survived by: his wife Floy Davis; his children, Michael Davis, Sharon Fendrick, Gail Moody, Candy Miller and Susie Birky; and his grandchildren, Sean, Drew, Andy, Crystal, Matthew, Carly, Jayden, Mario, Will, Mina, Zack and Tim. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
