He was predeceased by: his parents, George Washington Moore and Ella Moore; his siblings, Elmer Moore, Gertrude Lowery (Moore), Carrie Garnet (Moore) and George Moore; his wife Wanda Lee Moore; and his sons, Randy Moore and Ray Moore.

He is survived by: his son Danny Frank Moore; his wife Hope Moore; his granddaughters, Kristi McCreedy (Moore) and Daina Kiesel (Ogden Kiesel); and his great grandchildren, Summer Eyherabide (Stephen Eyherabide) and Ella Jane Kiesel.
