He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Isabel Escalante; his children, Henry Escalante Jr. (Irene), Albert Escalante Sr., Anna Flores (Jesse), Michael Escalante (June) and Lisabella Escalante; his grandfather Grandpotter; and his siblings, Josie Parra, Stella Alfaro, Alice Busto, Marylou Baca and Jenny Nevarrez. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Henry was always more than his Alzheimer's diagnosis, but it is an unforgiving illness and a journey that affected so many people around him.
