He is survived by: his wife Andrea Carlassare; his children, Addison, Ava and Mia; his parents, Darlene Onstad and Thomas Perry; his sister Heather Boshers; his brother-in-law Benji Boshers; his nephews, Evan and Cash; his brother-in-law Jon Gimpel; his nephew Milo; his pets, Shiloh, Sadie and Sprite; and also, Cynthia Conant, Martin Carlassare, Catherine Carlassare and Elizabeth Carlassare. He is also survived by his colleagues, friends, and family.
