He was predeceased by: his parents, Kiyoto Tsubaki and Hamako Tsubaki (Morioka). He is survived by: his wife Carol Tsubaki (Large); his children, Cynthia Tsubaki (Rob Lynn) of Davis and Gavin (Linda Tsubaki); and his grandchildren, Nicholas and Evangeline Stafford. He is also survived by numerous extended family members, friends, and friends.
