He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawson P. Turcotte and Eva A. Pearson; his wife Joan Meredith Luecke; and his brothers-in-law, Anthony Donato and Edward Luecke.

He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Patricia Donato of Wellesley, MA and Joanne Luecke of Montrose, PA; and his sons, Phillip (Jackie) of Edmonds, WA and Stephen (Justine) of Rexburg, ID. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

A graveside service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Davis Cemetery (820 Pole Line Rd, Davis, CA 95618).
