He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Albert Allen and Ardis Eveyln Allen (Porter); his siblings, Leora Kathleen "Sis" Schooler (Phillip) and Ronald "Wayne" Allen; and his stepmother Esther Mae Bales Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Allen (Chambers); his daughter Dana Craker (Bud) of New Brighton, PA; his granddaughter Jocelyn Craker (Laura Zeranick); his great grandchild Kiara Craker of Monaca, PA; his son Walter Allen (Shaun Keister); his granddaughter Parker Keister-Allen of Davis, CA; his sister Carol Boggs (Marvin) of Des Moines, IA; and his stepsiblings, Robert Tomlinson (Shirley) of Des Moines, IA, Dale Tomlinson (Nancy) of Des Moines, IA and Dottie Perkins (Gordon) of Des Moines, IA. He is also survived by 5 nieces, 2 nephews.
