She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Devitt and Ruby Cooper Devitt of Santa Cruz; her husband Alfred J. Jacobs (Al); and her siblings, Patricia Stocker, Evelyn Eaton, Marjorie Baker, Frances Trine, Rosemary Collins, Therese Hall and Milton Devitt.

She is survived by: her children, Deacon Jeff Jacobs (Chris) of Wichita, Kim Panos (George) of Morgan Hill and Jane Vawter (Jim) of Danville. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Contributions in her memory can be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research or the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF).
