She was predeceased by: her husband James Hammond (Ham); her parents, Russell Chambers and Martha Chambers; and her sister Eileen Newman. She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Cox (Chuck) of Tega Cay and Robin Hammond of San Ramon, CA; her granddaughters, Amanda Diehl (Derick) of Tega Cay and Melissa Lucente (Michael) of Charlotte; her great grandchildren, Grayson Diehl, Cooper James Diehl, Charlie Lucente, Nicky Lucente and Sloane Lucente; and her pet Addie.
Due to the pandemic, a Celebration of Life will be held in the future.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Hope Hospice, Dublin, CA or Tony La Russa's Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF), Walnut Creek, CA.
