It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Karen Bauer (Danville, California), born in Oakland, California, who passed away on August 27, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother Tom Kohles; and her niece Tristan Ghilardi. She is survived by: her husband Hal Bauer; her sons, Matt McDonell (Sandi), Joel McDonell and Keith McDonell (Edna); her siblings, Linda Kohles (Michael Koslosky), Buck Kohles (Karen), Bunny Ghilardi (Jack), Jeannie Kohles and Rick Kohles; and her sisters-in-law, Noemi Kohles and Joanne McDonell. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many special and loved cousins and friends.
