With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffrey Paul Smith (Danville, California), who passed away on February 26, 2019 at the age of 36. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Greg Smith and Wendy Smith; and his stepfather Nat Larks. He is survived by: his brother Nathan Smith (Katie); his stepsister Grace Smith; his grandparents, Roger, Donna Fritz and Marie Smith; his niece Avery Smith; his nephew Logan Smith; his uncles, Jim Fritz (Kim) and John Fritz (Patty); his aunt Kathy Fritz Langer (Chris); and his cousin Josh Fritz. He is also survived by friends as a loving son, brother, nephew, uncle and friend.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in honor to Jeffrey, at Futures Explored- Film & Media, 2021 Las Positas Ct. #147, Livermore, CA 94551 in care of Jeffrey Paul Smith.
