He was predeceased by: his wife Kay Keiko Ono. He is survived by: his children, Dean Ono (Donna) and Karyn Allen (Rick Dale); his grandchildren, Ryan Allen, Karyssa Allen, Kaylee Allen and Krista Ono; and his siblings, Yoshinobu Ono, Takeshi Ono, Masayoshi Ohno, Hidetoshi Ono, Hiroshi Ono, Yukie Shigemoto and Shigeru Ono. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews.
