He was predeceased by: his siblings, Howard Tom, Connie King and Warren Tom. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Katherine (Edmond), Jacqueline (Carl), William and Warren Russell (Katie); his grandchildren, Robert, Rachel, Ashlyn, Terilyn (Victor), Mary Lynn and Sherilyn; and his sister May Chan (Alfred). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
