She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Lee Bloat; her parents, Elwood Lewis and Virginia Morris (Brentlinger); her brothers, Russell, Ronald and John Lewis; and her son William Bloat (Bill).

She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Ryan-Delgado (Mike) and Kathy Kerrisk (Patrick); her grandchildren, Joshua, Ryan, Rebecca, Jak, Jeremy, Kendall and Patrick; and her brothers, Virgil and Jim Lewis. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren.
