It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Odé Frank Touye (Daly City, California), who passed away on September 3, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jules Touyé and Ida Touyé; his wife Carole; his children, Jennifer, David, Renee and Jonathan; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Amanda, Jeremy, Maya and Cleo.
