She was predeceased by: her husband William H. Gainey; and her parents, Attilio Campodonico and Emelie Campodonico. She is survived by: her son William J. Gainey (Nancy); her granddaughter Mary Margaret Curry (Philip); her brother-in-law Dr. Michael D. Gainey (Mary); her nephews, Mark and David (Meg); and her niece Stephanie Mills (Stuart).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
