She is survived by: her husband Dr. David Chua; her children, Kevin Chua (Stephy), Melvin Chua (Loan), Christopher Chua (Lara) and Jennifer Quan (Emerson); and her grandchildren, Matthew, Zeb, Benjamin, Amelie, Maximilian, Samuel, Chloe, Kepler, Darwin and Hailey.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Lolita's memory to the American Cancer Society.
