With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine Ann Begley Alunan (Daly City, California), who passed away on July 28, 2018 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Sergio; and her granddaughter Shireen (Koowee). She is survived by: her parents, Juana Lacoste and Henry L. Begley; her siblings, Rachel, Juanita, Bill and Frances; her children, Mary Lou, Sergio Jr. (Skip), Juanita, Joseph, Susan and Lily; her grandchildren, Karim, Jamil, Hanif Michael, Catherine, Jonathan, Brian, Stephen, Joey, Robert, Julia, Ashley and Brandon; her great grandchildren, Kahlil, Tarek and Theo; and also, San Franciscan and Berkeley. She is also survived by aunt, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Donations may be made in her memory to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
