He is survived by: his significant other Frances; his children, Debbie, Joe (Jeannie), Laurie (Ken) and Cindy; and his grandchildren, Kelly (Joel), Katie (Victoria), Deanna, Shannon, Ronnie, Kaitlyn, Sammi, Landon, Zavar and Delaney. He is also survived by dad, and papa brought immense joy to his family.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Shriners Hospital for Children and/or Wounded Warrior Project in Joe's memory would be appreciated.
