John Michael Cinti Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Michael Cinti, who died of a sudden cardiac event at his home in Daly City at the age of 64. John was born on January 4, 1959 in San Francisco to Kathleen and Michael Lynn Cinti. John graduated from Westmoor High School in 1977.
He attended community college where he studied art and acting. He worked in retail sales with an expertise in fine jewelry. John's passions included spending time with family and friends, reading, traveling, making music and art.
John was known for his keen intellect, curiosity, humor, creativity, compassion and joy. He expressed his talents in painting, playing rock and blues on the guitar, and making jewelry with healing stones and crystals. He tried his hand at acting in short independent films, community theater and as an extra in films.
John was a kind man who took time to listen to people. He made a conscious effort each day to brighten the life of those he loved, and even the stranger. John was always making jokes or gags.
John was great with people, but also with animals, especially dogs. His beloved Cocker Spaniel, Jax, is left behind now, watching for him at the window. John was predeceased by his father Michael Lynn Cinti and is survived by his mother Kathleen Cinti, brother Dan Cinti and sister Teresa Naqishbendi (Rauf), and nephew Vincent Naqishbendi, niece Tara Naqishbendi and niece Lea Dougherty (Brandon) and their children Zoey, Zachary and Zabrina Dougherty.
