He was predeceased by: his brothers, Alfredo Gómez (Imara) and Esteban Gómez (Laura). He is survived by: his wife Soledad Gómez; his children, Jesus "Chuy" Gómez (Leesha), Patricia "Patty" Gómez and Hugo Gómez (Norma); his siblings, Jose Gómez (Concepcion), Loreto Gómez (Irene), Maria Loza (David), Rita Barajas (Lucio) and Elena Gómez (Elpidio); and his grandchildren, Darius, Christina, Angelina (Chuy), Victoria, Viviana (Patty), Miguel and Carolina Gómez (Hugo).
