He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy; and his siblings, Thomas McKenzie (Pete), Christy Ann Maguire, Jim McKenzie and Kathy McKenzie.
He is survived by: his children, Liz Mayta and Doug McKenzie (Gina); his grandchildren, Nicole, Regina Mayta, Charlotte and Drew McKenzie; his sister-in-law Marina McKenzie; and his cousin Harry Hanratty (Bea). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family will schedule memorial services post-Covid when it is safe to do so.
Donations may be made to San Francisco Suicide Prevention where Hank was a longtime volunteer and board member.
