He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Arthur Deering and Mary Frances Schwall; his siblings, Michael, Dennis Deering and Claire; and his wife Felipa Aurora Deering.
He is survived by: his siblings, James and Marie; his children, Jesse Enrique Deering, Diana Deering, Phillip Deering and Rosalie Deering-Gomez (Hector); and his great grandchildren, Arabella Ivy Mendoza, Lily Ann, Charlotte Elizabeth Dixon, Amari Louis Brown and Aria Monroe Mendoza.
He served on committees, and donated to noble causes.
