It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harlan F. Silva (Daly City, California), born in Elk Grove, California, who passed away on January 26, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, Tyrone and Todd; his daughters-in-law, Debra and Angie; his sister Arlene Newman; his grandsons, Nicholas and Anthony; his great grandchild Shane; and his wife Jane Dimitroula Silva.
