He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Markoulakis and Chrisula Markoulakis; his wife Sophia Markoulakis; his children, Chrisoula Markoulakis (Joshua Shargel) and George Markoulakis (Cory Dodson); his grandson Gregory Shargel; and his sister Georgia Ellenikiotis.
A prayer was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Greek Orthodox Church. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
