He was predeceased by: his parents, Anita Ortega and Fernando Cuadra. He is survived by: his siblings, Jose Ramirez and Delia Childs (Dennis); his niece Denise Shapiro (Jon); his godson Dennis M. Childs; his great-nieces, Drew and Zoey Shapiro; his great-nephew Nicholas Childs; his former wife Marilyn Cuadra; his daughters, Arlene, Sharon and Debra Cuadra (Chris McHale); his grandchildren, Raquel and Adam; his great grandchildren, Lilah and Alina; his wife Barbara Stack-Cuadra; his stepchildren, Billy Stack, John Stack and Laurie Clark; his grandchildren, Sean Stack, Bobby Stack, Ryan Stack, James Clark and Natalie Clark; and his great grandchildren, Logan, Kamryn, Kayden and Liam Stack.
