He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Gloria; his children, Ivan (Georgina), William (Graciela), Lorena (Sonya), Audelia (Orlando Medina) and Evelyn Chavez; his grandchildren, Vanessa, Giselle (Mark Straiten), Ivanna, Ethel, Sheylla, Isabel, Orlando Jr., Bobby, Alex and Andrew; his great grandchildren, Rosa Angelica, Alyssa and Gracielita; and his parent Policarpia Chavez. He was also cherished by father-in-law who loved his daughters-in-law like daughters.
